San Ramon Valley Fitnes, Inc. was founded in Northern California by me, Cori Ann Lentz.
I love educating and empowering everyone to lead an incredible life, full of health and happiness! I started as a client with a personal fitness trainer, over 14 years ago. I lost 80 lbs in under a year and fitness had such an impact on my life that I made it my career.
San Ramon Valley Fitness offers free online coaching, motivational support, and a team of coaches to help you transform your life. Live personal sessions may also be available in the northern California east San Francisco bay area.
We will help you transform your body and your life one day at a time.
Here’s a little more about me:
- Favorite exercise(s): Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™ Classes, The Sports Barre®, Dead Lifts, Squats, Stairs, Jump Rope, Sprints, Pull Ups and Single Leg Balance Work.
- Least favorite exercises: Cardio in the gym! Running on a treadmill is SO boring!
- Favorite healthy food: Grilled tilapia.
- Favorite cheat food: Dark chocolate covered caramel sprinkled with gray Mediterranean salt. Mmmm.
- Greatest Fitness Accomplishment: Giving birth naturally, running the Mayor’s Midnight Sun Marathon in Alaska, and several triathlons.
- Biggest fitness roadblocks: Making time for my family, my work, and my own fitness. Although, through balancing each of these, I have learned how to create more efficient, effective, and creative exercises for you and me!
- Words to live by: "Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." ~ Jim Ryun

I believe that learning to exercise properly provides the body with a relationship to the mind, allowing for a lifetime of a health and fitness.
Exercise enlightens the mind, toughens the body, and brightens the spirit. A balanced program includes cardiovascular activity, strength training, and flexibility. The overarching theme is to engage in activities you are passionate about.
